An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Early years SEND support service which includes Home Visitors, Area SENCOs, Specialist Advisory Teachers and Specialist Teaching Assistants. The service provides specialist assessment, advice and support for children aged 0 to 5 with a range of special educational needs and/or disabilities across all early years settings, including schools. The service support settings to deliver their statutory duties, playing a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of provision and outcomes for young children.
As a Specialist Advisory Teacher, you will be working across all early years settings, providing assessment, advice and support for young children with SEND as well as working in partnership with team members to design and deliver training packages to early years settings, which may involve some out of hours work.
