Following the promotion of our existing Phase Leader, Nightingale Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and talented Early Years Teacher to join the team in our three-form entry primary school. We are looking for a highly skilled teacher and able leader who is committed to our ethos and values. Supported by one of our Assistant Headteachers, you will have the opportunity to lead two year-groups (Nursery and Reception) and a curriculum area (Phonics), with release time from class to support you with fulfilling your role.
We are committed to the professional development of our staff and our middle leaders are able to access training through Redbridge Education Partnership, the National College and other organisations to support them in the role and their ongoing development as leaders.
