We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher to provide high-quality teaching to cover teachers’ Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time by;
• Delivering engaging and inspiring Art/DT or Music lessons across a range of primary year groups (EYFS–KS2).
• Contributing to the creative and cultural life of the school by promoting excellence and enthusiasm in Art/DT or Music.
The post is available fulltime/part-time (4 days) to a seasoned Main Scale teacher or an enthusiastic ECT eager to develop best practice.
You will need to;
• Plan and deliver well-structured, creative lessons based on the school and national curriculum.
• Ensure lessons cater for the needs of all learners
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Provide informal feedback to class teachers
• Prepare, set up and manage resources and materials
• Work collaboratively with year group teams, subject leads and support staff
• Participate in relevant training and whole-school activities
