Are you passionate about supporting young people with complex needs? Do you
have the experience and resilience to make a difference in their educational
journey? Little Heath School is seeking a dedicated Pathway Support Lead to join
our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to support the Semi-Formal
Pathway Lead in ensuring all students, within the pathway ,are fully supported in
terms of their learning, behaviour and wellbeing. Additionally, you will be partly responsible for leading a team of LSAs on a daily basis, and supporting them with professional development and their role as a member of a class team.
