Help to develop and oversee the implementation of the school's SEN strategy and policy.
Qualifications and requirements:
QTS or equivalent.
Degree or equivalent.
NASENCO qualification (or to be an experienced SENCo working towards this qualification).
A strong commitment to raising educational attainment for children and young people with SEN.
Effective, negotiation, organisation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
