Promoting positive inclusive practice, Trinity seeks an Inclusion Coordinator to support students across all year groups. The role involves coordinating the inclusion unit, working with pastoral staff, monitoring attendance, behaviour and well-being, and supporting reintegration following exclusions or prolonged absence. The Coordinator will liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure effective support, promote a culture of high expectations, inclusivity and respect, and help improve engagement and learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have school or youth experience, strong administrative and IT skills, be organised, and build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
