We are looking to appoint two proactive and dedicated Attendance Officers, one for Years 7 to 11 and one for the Sixth Form, to play a key role in supporting and improving student attendance across the school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ education by helping them overcome barriers to learning and promoting a culture of punctuality, consistency, and engagement.
The Attendance Officers will work to improve student attendance and punctuality through proactive engagement with students, families, and key stakeholders. They will fulfil the responsibilities of an Education Welfare Officer, supporting students’ welfare and inclusion to ensure every child has access to a full educational experience.
