Salary/Grade LBR 8 Point 26 (To be reviewed in July 2026). Hours 36. Weeks 44.26 term time. Contract type: Fixed Term until July 2026. Location Little Heath School (across sites).
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic and experienced individual to coordinate and develop high-quality work-related learning opportunities that prepare pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) for adulthood and employment. The postholder will build and maintain strong partnerships with local employers, manage work experience placements, and ensure that learning pathways are meaningful, personalized, and aligned with the Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) framework.
