We are looking for a committed and creative LTA with previous experience of working with children with Autism, SEMH, sensory and physical needs to join our team who:
- Are passionate in raising standards for children with Special Needs supporting different aspects of learning for example this could be with behaviour issues, self-expression, sensory work, personal care, reading and writing
- Are caring, calm, reliable, resilient and have an approachable nature.
- Can work with either 1-1 or with groups of children with additional complex needs.
- Can collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver activities and supporting pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management.
- Are able to run interventions such as reading programmes, colourful semantics, fine motor and gross motor programmes and speech and language programmes
- Have experience of working with children who have Autism, SEMH, communication, sensory and physical needs
- Are well organised and able to create an exciting and inspiring learning environment
- Are an effective and inclusive team member committed to working collaboratively with all members of the learning community
