We are seeking an exceptional, values-driven Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal strategic role for a principled and aspirational leader who believes that every young person deserves safety, belonging, ambition and excellence.
You will lead whole-school systems for behaviour, safeguarding, therapeutic provision and professional development securing a culture where:
-Pupils feel safe, understood and respected.
-Staff have clarity, confidence and high expectations.
-Behaviour systems are consistent, fair and restorative.
-Safeguarding is proactive, rigorous and embedded in daily practice.
-Therapeutic approaches and CPD are integrated into classroom practice and school improvement
You will be a leader who: -Has a proven track record of improving behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and/or teaching and learning. -Understands the complexities of autism and speech and language needs: & their impact on behaviour and communication.
