Join a thriving and ambitious special school making a real difference for pupils with autism. Hatton Special School has 199 pupils across 26 classes and a talented team of 170 staff. As we expand to a second site opening in September 2026, we are seeking two inspiring Assistant Headteachers to strengthen our leadership team.
One post will lead Literacy and Communication, the other the Wider Curriculum. Both roles will champion high-quality teaching, support curriculum leaders and work across our lower and new upper school sites.
