This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop as a Youth Worker. You need to be passionate about supporting young people with diverse and complex needs, including SEMH, SEND and those requiring additional pastoral support, while completing a fully funded Level 6 Youth Work Degree Apprenticeship.
We are seeking a committed and inspiring individual to join our Access & Inclusion Department as a Teaching Instructor & Youth Work Degree Apprentice based within our Internal Alternative Provision (IAP): “The Base”. The three year apprenticeship will enable qualification at Degree Level, with “learning on the job” linked to university and guided learning.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment, helping students to re-engage with education and achieve positive personal, social and academic outcomes.
