Job Advertisement- School Lettings Lead
Salary: £15 per hour
Contract: Minium 6 hours per week, hours may vary subject to overtime/ flexibility
Hours: Evenings, weekends and school holidays as required
Location: Glade Primary School, Clayhall, Ilford
Glade Primary School is seeking a reliable, trustworthy and customer-focused School Lettings Lead to support the management of our growing community lettings programme.
Our excellent facilities are used by a range of community organisations outside the normal school day. We are looking for someone who will ensure our premises remain safe, secure and welcoming whilst these activities take place.
The successful applicant will:
• Open and secure the school for lettings.
• Welcome hirers and ensure they follow the terms of their hire agreement.
• Remain on site throughout all lettings.
• Carry out basic health and safety and safeguarding checks.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies.
