Ilford County High School (ICHS) is seeking an exceptional Head of Department Biology to join our high-performing team. As Head of Biology, you will play a key role within the Science Faculty, leading the strategic development of the department. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to raise student achievement, enhance curriculum delivery, and promote the highest standards of teaching and learning across the department.
