Permanent Caretaker
LBR Grade 2.3. 30 Hrs pw. Gross £23,847.49. 52.14 weeks?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced school Caretaker who will take responsibility for management of the school site and facilities to ensure safety for the staff and children.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in DIY, and, able to carry out minor repairs and general maintenance.
You will be expected to open and lock up the school as expected, and you may at times be asked to work a shift pattern and be responsible for managing site maintenance plan of works. You will also work closely with the Health and Safety Officer to ensure that any outstanding H&S issues have been resolved. Full details of the post will be in the Job description.
