HLTA (Higher level teaching assistant)
Required for January 2027
(Part time contract 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 3 days a week)
(Pay scale LBR5 Point 12 £33,609 pro rata term time)
St Aidan’s Catholic Primary Academy is a well-respected and successful Catholic Primary School in Seven Kings, Ilford. We are seeking to appoint a HLTA who is dynamic, forward-thinking and passionate to join our team to help continue the school development and vision for every pupil in our care.
We require the HLTA to:
• Demonstrate high quality adaptive teaching that empowers pupils.
• Have a clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic education;
• Cover a range of EYFS, KS1 & KS2 classes.
• Be able to meet individual needs through strong relationships with pupils and parents.
