HLTA – Higher Level Teaching Assistant (maternity cover)
Salary: LBR 5 Points 12-15 (pro rata = £25,087 - £26,206 approx. annual salary)
Location: Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex. RM6 4EU
Contract Type: Fixed term 1 year
Contract Hours: 5 days (33.75 hours per week; 8.30am till 4.00pm) term time only
Start Date: 2nd June 2025
The Headteacher and Governors at Chadwell Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced HLTA (Cover Supervisor) to join our already well established, experienced and friendly support team.
Our new HLTA (Cover Supervisor) will:
• Take part in the many exciting developments the school is involved in at present;
• Be joining a team of existing HLTAs.
• Be flexible, enjoy variety and cover classes across the Primary age range.
• Supervise whole classes and groups of pupils on occasion, during the short-term absence of teachers.
Good literacy and maths skills are essential.
