Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and promote positive behaviour? Little Heath School is looking for an experienced Behaviour Intervention Lead/SENCo to join our team and who will lead and deliver behaviour interventions to support pupils’ mental health and wellbeing, provide coaching and support to staff, pupils, and families on behaviour management and autism awareness, supervise behaviour support teams and collaborate with external professionals. You will also Support the SENCo with EHCP reviews and related administration and deliver staff training on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Team-Teach.
You must have experience working with children with complex needs, including autism and SEMH and can show proven success in behaviour management and delivering interventions. You must be a strong communicator and have skills and ability to build positive relationships. Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice is a must.
