We are looking for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic practitioner to join our primary admin team.
Your main role will be to provide a professional, efficient and effective cover system across the primary campus in accordance with agreed policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation; maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times, the organisation and smooth running of external examinations and managing the data needed of the primary campus as set out in the job description. You will also be required to cover Reception where necessary, be involved with admissions, attendance, welfare (first aid) and other tasks as set out in the job description and as directed by the Office Manager.
You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school so presentation, manners and telephone communication skills are vital. Enthusiasm, positivity and friendship should be the manner in which you approach this.
