We are seeking an experienced/ newly experienced Design & Technology Technician to join our team. The duties will include:
- Daily maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the D&T department.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing apparatus, tools, and materials for practical classes and assessments.
- Managing stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining financial records.
- Assisting teachers and students during practical lessons and providing technical advice.
- Organising and storing equipment and materials safely and securely.
- Supporting the development of the department's technical and practical facilities.
- Contributing to the maintenance of displays and assisting with whole-school initiatives
