We are looking for a creative well-qualified teacher with a successful track record in SEND teaching an energetic leader, who is able to influence at all levels. As an all through school this is an exciting role as our young people join us in Early Years and leave us aged 18; your leadership will shape and enable our young people to become successful, fulfilled adults.
You will have a vision and a commitment to young people and their development as learners and members of the community. You will have a strong background in learning and teaching with experience of raising standards across a key stage and beyond.
This post is ideal for the SENDCO who wants to lead on the next level as part of the Senior Leadership Team, additional roles will be discussed with the successful candidate as we seek to grow you to the next level leading a large team, networking within and across our school and our partnership.
