Grove Primary is seeking a SENDCo (Qualified or Aspiring) for a non-class-based leadership role. You will drive SEND strategy, manage Additional Resource Classrooms (ARC), and collaborate with the Headteacher and external agencies to ensure high-quality outcomes. While primarily strategic, some teaching cover is required.
Qualified SENCOs or teachers willing to train for the NASENCO qualification (full support provided) are welcome to apply.
