CCTV footage request

This CCTV search request should only be used by legally authorised agents to obtain CCTV footage for Civil Claims and Road Traffic Collisions on the highway in the London Borough of Redbridge or in Redbridge car parks run by the Council.

Please note, within this footage request we will charge both a 'Search' fee and a 'Release' fee. If no footage of your incident is available, only the initial 'Search' fee of £280.00 + VAT (£336.00) will be charged.

The charge for the 'Release' fee will scale depending on the requested search period.

Up to 1 hour - £319.20 + VAT
Up to 1.5 hours - £394.80 + VAT
2 to 8 hours - £512.40 + VAT

The maximum search time for incidents on the highway is 2 hours, and the maximum for car parks is 8 hours. Requests for searches longer than this will require additional applications.
