Family Liaison & DSL Lead Required. Grade LBR 10-12.

As part of our planned expansion from September 2025, we are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Family Liaison Officer and Designated Safeguarding Lead passionate about working with young people with complex needs. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach and willing to accept the challenges of the post working with of 11–19 age range.?

A skilled and reflective Family Liaison Officer and Designated Safeguarding Lead?

Someone who is resilient, creative, and highly motivated to make a meaningful difference to pupils’ lives.?

A team player who values collaboration and will contribute positively to our dedicated and supportive staff team.?

You must have worked in the role for no less than 2 years and have the necessary training, education, knowledge and experience.
