The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach and will cater for the full 11 to19 age range. We are looking for:
A skilled SEND Support Lead (Lead LSA) with experience in working with pupils with ASD and/or SLD.
Someone who is resilient, creative, and highly motivated to make a meaningful difference to pupils’ lives.
A team player who values collaboration and will contribute positively to our dedicated and supportive staff team.
Salary information: As you will be working term time, the figure above will be prorata 44.26 weeks and based on 36 hours per week.
